The greatest benefit comes from getting involved! You can join a committee, attend events, volunteer, assist at events, and help organize them.

Simply contact the SGO Board member leading your desired committee and express your interest. There’s no limit to committee size, and skillset isn’t a prerequisite. Committees are all about learning and growing, so don’t hesitate to join even if you’re new to the area of expertise.

SGO aims to attract and retain young professionals in Siouxland. We provide a space for networking, socializing, learning, and growing. As the saying goes, “It’s not what you know, but who you know,” and SGO offers invaluable opportunities to connect with other young professionals and Siouxland businesses, building a strong network for your career success.

Absolutely not! The more events you attend, the more you get out of your membership, but the level of participation is entirely up to you.

The only requirement is being 18 or older. SGO welcomes young professionals of all stages, from college students to seasoned professionals.
